Ducks and Avocets

The ducks at Las Gallinas change frequently in number and species. There seemed to be fewer mallards on this day and more widgeons, with just a couple of cinnamon teals, a handful of avocets, and a dozen or so northern shovelers. All shots with the 500 f/4 and the 1.4x extender on the 1D mk 2. Please scroll down.
