Landscapes of Yellowstone in Winter
Because we traveled in winter and the trip was focused on wildlife, especially wolves, we saw few of the famous scenics of Yellowstone (Old Faithful, etc) However, we did see many steaming thermal vents on the way to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River and a recent snowfall had left the trees covered with a beautiful blanket.
