Red Canyon State Park
Red Canyon State Park is just outside Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. It is at a lower altitude and thus displays a different range of sedimentary layers of rock with correspondingly different colors, from dark gray to red sandstone. The globemallow (red flower in the foreground) is common throughout the area.
