Turkey Vultures

It's hard to feel really fond of vultures when you see them close up.

They're just not attractive (plain ugly) when you see them face-to-face.

High up and soaring, it's a different story---they are gorgeous!

The vultures enjoy a rest from soaring. The wind is pretty strong near the beaches.

Warming up? Cooling down? Drying out? A fairly common sight when the vultures are resting.
