Snow (or Ross) Geese
(Center Crop, 100%)
This is a center crop from the full frame of geese flying up at the Merced WLP. The image was taken with the Canon 10D camera and Canon 100-400L IS lens at 400 mm, handheld. The exposure was 1/400 sec at f/11 and ISO 400. Sharpening and noise reduction was carried out in Photoshop with the Kodak Pro GEM plug-in.
