The Coyote at Las Gallinas
On November 15, 2009, I went to my usual birding spot at the Las Gallinas Sanitary Ponds.
I didn't see many birds there, but I did spot this coyote off in the meadow looking for mice.
She was very far away and even with the 500 mm plus the 1.4 extender, I had to use a
100% crop to get a useful image. She was looking well-fed and vigorous. Several images, please scroll down.
