Yosemite in Winter
Alice and I spent a very pleasant 3 and a half days in Yosemite National Park from the evening of February 20 through the morning of February 24, staying at Yosemite Lodge at the Falls. For convenience, I've divided the images from these days into three groups, (since we had a major snow fall the 22nd) : before the storm, during the storm, and after the storm. A very useful book for photographers coming to Yosemite is The Photographer's Guide to Yosemite by Michael Frye. Locations for many of the images are given by the numbers that Frye assigns on the maps in this book.
